Personally, I like ESB.NET.
- Ability to use all power of VS.NET - nice!
- WF Orchestrations - nice!
- WCF, HTTP, WSE3 !
- Service Federation, multiple service virtualization options
- Web based management console, logging - web view across instances!, resubmit etc. Lots of nice little things.
- Not the best looking Web UI interface, but very functional & snappy/responsive!
- Hot-update configuration
- Nice and fast once cache's kick in
- Very scalable/flexible

I love the thing!
As others have said, there's a little bit of a learning curve, but well worth the time investment.
- Has some nuances, but quickly get used to them.
